Lucie Macron joined Kitware as an R&D engineer in August 2016 after she obtained her engineering master degree specializing in image processing, at CPE Lyon.
She had previously been part of the Kitware Europe team for a six-month internship as part as her engineering degree’s final year. Lucie spent her gap year (2014-2015) at University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, where she developed different Python modules for 3DSlicer.
With proficiency in Python, C, C++, Matlab, VTK, ITK, Qt and Open GL, Lucie mainly works on visualization and image processing projects at Kitware.
