Nicolas Cadart joined Kitware as a computer vision R&D engineer in October 2019.

Nicolas obtained his engineering degree from ENSTA Paris and his Master’s degree from Université Paris-Saclay. During this double degree, Nicolas specialized in image & signal processing, SLAM, 3D reconstruction & machine learning.

During his interships among other projects, Nicolas developed a segmentation & automatic mapping algorithm from LiDAR point cloud with deep learning technology for autonomous vehicles.
At Kitware Nicolas mainly works on LiDAR related projects.
